Introduction
Email Analytics are available to review when an email campaign was sent and who received it.
Email Analytics Overview
How to Find

- Under Utilities, click on Automation.
- Select the Campaigns tab and click on the Email Analytics tab below it.
- Here, you will be able to adjust your Email Analytics settings for the report.
- Time Frame: By default this will be set to Last 7 days, but you can select to run the report for:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Year to Date
- Start Date and/or End Date: use these option to select a custom date range.
- Campaign Type: Currently, Daily Digest is the only option.
- Choose Users: If desired you can run the report for a specific member.
- Time Frame: By default this will be set to Last 7 days, but you can select to run the report for:
Once you have made your selections to modify the default report, click the Generate Report button to update and reload the report results.
All column headers are clickable to enable the Sort option for that header (ascending or descending).
When the report results have finished loading and you have applied any sorting preferences, you may click the Download Report button to download a csv file of the results.
Downloading a Report
Reports will download to a csv file. The data below is available:
- User ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company
- Email Address
- Date/Time Sent
The CSV will respect your chosen search criteria. Click Download Report to download the CSV.

When you change your filter criteria, the button will change to reflect this. Click on Generate Your Report to receive a refreshed CSV.

After refreshing the Generate Your Report, it will show as greyed out until a change is detected in the report./filter criteria.
